The United States Government, represented by the U.S Agency for International Development (USAID), through the Mission in Macedonia, is in process of designing of a new Community-Led Development Program. Given the critical nature of the activity, we’re reaching out to you, our potential implementers, to get comments/suggestions on the below draft portion of the Program Description (PD).
USAID/Macedonia is posting this Request for Information (RFI) in order to provide public information to any eligible parties interested in this program.
Today, USAID’s Development of Regional Energy Markets Project, the Government of Republic of Macedonia and the Energy Regulatory Commission signed a Memorandum of Understanding that will facilitate technical assistance by USAID to harmonize Macedonian energy legislation with the European Union’s energy regulations. Earlier this year, USAID assisted with the development of the new Energy Law, adopted by the Government of Macedonia in May.
