USG/Interagency

National Security Strategy (NSS) 2017 - a statutorily mandated document, the NSS explains to the American people, U.S. allies and partners, and federal agencies how the President intends to put his national security vision into practice on behalf of fellow citizens.

U.S. Global Development Policy (PPD-6) - the directive recognizes that development is vital to U.S. national security and is a strategic, economic, and moral imperative for the United States.

Quadrennial Diplomacy and Development Review - the QDDR provides a blueprint for elevating American “civilian power” to better advance our national interests and to be a better partner to the U.S. military.

Foreign Assistance Dashboard - the Dashboard currently contains foreign assistance budget planning, obligation, and spent data for USAID, and the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) as well as budget planning data for the Department of State.

Policy Guidance for DoD Humanitarian Assistance Funded by the Overseas Humanitarian, Disaster, and Civic Aid (OHDACA) Appropriation - instructs DoD units to consult USAID prior to conducting HA activities as well how these activities should interact with USAID strategies/programs.
