Doroti Pachkova is the Founder and CEO of One Made, an innovative social enterprise that produces and sells organic, edible and raw, high quality cosmetics in Macedonia. All One Made products are created with raw ingredients retaining their vitamins, minerals, and natural essence. One Made products include natural wax, seeds, nuts and wild flowers sourced from across Macedonia. Pachkova is also the Founder and President of One Can, a NGO for single mothers in Macedonia that support each other, and that lobbied to change the country’s Family Law to guarantee single mothers’ their rights. Before starting One Can and One Made, Pachkova worked with several NGOs on issues ranging from gender equality to freedom of speech. Pachkova has a Master’s Degree in Gender Studies from the Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities, and is an academically trained painter with a degree from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Skopje.
