Agile and Harmonized Assistance for Devolved Institutions (AHADI) supports Kenya’s devolution agenda by partnering with Kenyan institutions to promote transparent, accountable, effective service delivery and responsive governance systems. The program works with other stakeholders to address cross-sectoral governance processes and capacity challenges that impact service delivery and effective implementation of devolution.

AHADI support strengthens the ability of counties to develop sound laws and policies, improve performance of key sectors, optimize revenue generation, and ensure proper management of public funds.  In addition, AHADI supports the development of curriculum and training materials and trains and mentors county officials (executives and legislators).
