Civic Action for Accountability is a four-year, $2 million project that supports collective action to increase government accountability and decrease corruption. The project supports citizen-driven activities to grow and strengthen a country-wide network of civil society organizations, grassroots organizations, activists, and journalists who advocate for effective anti-corruption measures and greater government accountability.

Successful Start of the Second Belgrade Food Show

Belgrade – On October 10 and 11, over 100 exhibitors from the fruit, vegetable, meat, and dairy industries showcased their premium food products at the second Belgrade Food Show. Organized by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Competitive Economy Project, in partnership with the Association for the Promotion of Serbian Food, this event helps exhibitors identify investment opportunities and develop new sales contracts and business partnerships.

The USAID Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist is located in the Program Strategy and Coordination Office (PSCO) at the USAID Mission to Serbia. The PSCO leads the Mission's program strategy design, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, and coordination efforts. The M&E Specialist works under the general supervision of the Supervisory Program Officer.

The National Giving Day Campaign has Raised 7 Million Dinars

Belgrade – On October 9, 2019, Prime Minister Ana Brnabić, Minister of Education Mladen Šarčević, United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Deputy Assistant Administrator Kimberly Rosen, and teachers, pupils and the principal of Boško Buha, a specialized primary school for children with disabilities, marked the National Day of Giving. The National Day of Giving was established within the Framework for Giving Project, funded by USAID and implemented by the Coalition of Giving led by the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation.

Playground for Innovations project

ICT Hub – Playground for Innovations is a $535,000 public-private partnership between USAID and ICT Hub. Playground for Innovations educates and motivates Serbian companies and individuals to integrate digital technologies into their everyday processes which increases competiveness and the ability to grow and to create jobs.  The project  fosters innovation in Serbia’s economy by providing collaborative environment between traditional and digital businesses.
