Logical Framework Template: Separate Targets Column

Speeches Shim

This Logical Framework Variation is used when USAID partners or staff are more comfortable with a separate column for targets or when USAID wishes to display annual as well as life-of-project targets. An alternative to this column would be a discussion of annual targets in the MEL Plan Annex to a PAD which is the focus of the next section of the kit.

If this Logical Framework variation has been selected to make it easier to display annual as well as life-of-project targets, users might want to consider adding a small box for annual targets inside the targets column cells as illustrated in examples in the USAID publication: The Logical Framework: Modifications Based on Experience.
