The Caribbean Institute for Meteorology and Hydrology (CIMH) and the Belize-based Caribbean Community Climate Change Center (5Cs) have signed a memorandum of Understanding (MOU) formalizing their intentions to work in close partnership to strengthen the region's environmental resilience.
