On September 23, USAID/Armenia’s partner, the Community Finance Officers Association (CFOA), presented the 2019 “Local Self-government in Armenia” yearbook and Local Government Annual Index (LGAI).  The yearbook is a snapshot of the state of local government reforms in Armenia, while the LGAI provides a composite measure of GOAM’s progress in implementing those reforms and facilitates year to year comparison.  The 2019 LGAI score registered its highest number in the last 5 years, reaching 4.8 on a 1-10 scale.  The
