Last week, the BUILD-IT Annual Partners Meeting in Ho Chi Minh City officially welcomed John Wiley and Sons, E-Silicon, and Amazon Web Services to the Alliance. Additionally, partner universities, industry representatives, and government accreditation agency representatives reviewed accomplishments and agreed on goals and milestones for the coming year. Partner universities highlighted achievements in accreditation, faculty training, and curriculum reforms. Industry representatives discussed their support objectives under BUILD-IT.

So What? The BUILD-IT Annual Partners Meeting illustrates the communication and coordination between industry, universities, and government that is the foundation of Vietnam’s efforts to transform and modernize its higher education system.
