Increased Demand and Engagement for Accountability (IDEA) Program

This is the second notice of funding opportunity released by IDEA and is in addition to the APS funding opportunity released last week.

Increased Demand and Engagement for Accountability (IDEA) is a USAID funded initiative in support of civil society organizations in Sri Lanka. It is implemented by Management Systems International Inc (MSI).

IDEA is announcing its second funding opportunity through this Request for Applications (RFA) for eligible civil society organizations in Sri Lanka. This call is aimed at civil society organizations whose work has a national or multi regional reach in Sri Lanka. Applications are to be submitted no later than 5 pm, Sri Lanka Time on June 14th, 2018

This RFA aims to award five or six grants at a value of $80,000 to $120,000 to support civil society to be more effective in consolidating democratic gains and promoting rights protection.

Please note that attendance at this conference is not a mandatory requirement.
