Ambassador of the United States Krishna R. Urs in the company of the Secretary General of the National Commission for Development and Life without Drugs DEVIDA inaugurated the Coffee and Cacao Pavilion in Mistura, the most important gastronomic fair in Latin America.
The Ambassador had the opportunity to dialogue with cacao producers and coffee growers who left behind the illegal cultivation of coca and now have access to a better quality of life, thanks to the cultivation of alternative products such as cacao and coffee - products recognized worldwide, that generate income and stimulate economic growth in diverse communities.
