Jim Wright has 28 years of experience in the design and management of international development and humanitarian assistance programs, including seventeen years as a USAID Foreign Service Officer. Increasingly responsible positions leading large teams and managing budgets in complex development and political environments. Most recently he was the Technical Support Office Director for USAID’s Middle East Bureau and served in a variety of leadership positions for the agency since joining in 1998. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in development studies and economics from Brown University and a Master of Public Policy in international development from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
