The Center of Excellence on Democracy, Human Rights and Governance (DRG) within the Bureau of Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance (DCHA) of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is inviting all interested USAID Missions to apply for FY19 Disability Funding to support programming in the area of Employment and Economic Empowerment (EEE).
The agricultural sector remains the niche for creating employment and improving the living standards of the Guinean people. Transforming small-scale agriculture from subsistence to innovative, commercially oriented and modern agriculture will achieve the aim of offering multiple livelihoods and creating employment opportunities for many youth in search of their first employment in Guinea.
This Alliance Annual Program Statement (APS) is designed to catalyze, facilitate and support such collaboration. This APS is an invitation to co-creation that USAID extends to the private sector and other organizations interested in working closely with the private sector and/or Non-Governmental Organizations to achieve significant and sustainable development results and impact.
