Dans le cadre de la lutte contre les maladies infectieuses, le gouvernement des États-Unis, par l’intermédiaire de l’Agence des Etats-Unis pour le Développement International (USAID), a financé l’achat d’un nouveau laboratoire mobile destiné à faciliter la surveillance et la riposte aux épidémies de maladies infectieuses à Madagascar. Ce laboratoire mobile, composé d’un laboratoire médical indépendant monté à l’arrière d’un véhicule tout terrain, sera exploité par l’Institut Pasteur de Madagascar (IPM) pour appuyer la division de la surveillance et de la riposte aux maladies du Ministère de la Santé Publique.

The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development Mission to Madagascar (USAID/Madagascar), is seeking offers from qualified persons to provide personal services under contract as described in this solicitation.
Offers must be in accordance with the Attachment, Sections I through V of this solicitation. Incomplete or unsigned offers will not be considered. Offerors should retain copies of all offer materials for their records.
