On Wednesday, July 10, Administrator Mark Green of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and Ivanka Trump, Advisor to the President, will participate in a discussion co-hosted by USAID and the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition (USGLC). Administrator Green and Advisor Trump will highlight new partnerships and activities of the Women's Global Development and Prosperity (W-GDP) initiative, launched by the White House in February 2019 to advance women's economic empowerment globally. Joining Administrator Green and Advisor Trump will be U.S. State Department Spokesperson Morgan Ortagus moderating the discussion, USGLC President and CEO Liz Schrayer, as well as speakers from Citi, Landesa, and Industree Craft Foundation.
Credentialed members of the media are invited to attend, although space is limited. To register, please email jsteiger@usglc.org. The registration deadline is Tuesday, July 9 for credentialed members of the media.

Media representatives may attend this event upon registration confirmation and presentation of one of the following: (1) A U.S. Government-issued identification card (Department of State, White House, Congress, Department of Defense or Foreign Press Center); (2) a media-issued photo identification card; or (3) a letter from their employer on letterhead to verify their employment as a journalist, accompanied by an official photo identification card (driver's license, passport).
