This mandatory reference establishes USAID’s Rules of Behavior that govern the appropriate use and protection of Agency information and information resources to ensure the security of information technology (IT) equipment, systems, and data as well as their confidentiality, integrity, and availability in compliance with OMB Circular A-130, Appendix I § 4(h)(6) and Appendix I § 4(h)(7).
