The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission in Nicaragua, is seeking offers from qualified persons to provide personal services under contract as described in the attached solicitation.

All applications must be submitted by e-mail with the subject line SOL: 72052419R00002-Democracy, Governance, Human Rights Advisor, to aolivares@usaid.gov no later than 16:00 (Nicaragua/Local time) on June 24, 2019.

Qualified applicants must submit the following documents in English or their application will not be considered for this position:

  1. One-page summary statement that highlights how your knowledge, skills, abilities, education and experience meet the selection criteria.
  2. Updated and signed version of USPSC Application Form, AID 309-2 (Offeror Information for Personal Services Contracts with Individuals). To the extent possible, Applicants must submit a supplemental document outlining their responses to the evaluation factors in order to be considered.
  3. Three references and provide current contact information, preferably both an e-mail address and a telephone number.
