AAPD 15-02 REVISED has been Archived December 2019 - This AAPD 15-02 REVISED extends implementation of the USAID policy for Leave and Holidays, including family and medical leave, for U.S. personal services contractors (USPSCs) by deviation from AIDAR Appendix D, § 12, clause (GP) #5. This policy is effective as indicated on page 2, section II, of the AAPD.

Purpose: The purpose of this AAPD is to extend the implementation of the USAID policy for Leave and Holidays, including family and medical leave for U.S. personal services contractors (USPSCs).
AAPDs are EFFECTIVE AS OF THE ISSUED DATE unless otherwise noted in the guidance below; the directives remain in effect until this office issues a notice of cancellation. See page 2, Section II, of this AAPD.
