USAID Assistant Administrator for Europe and Eurasia Brock Bierman discusses the launch of USAID's European Democracy Youth Network (EDYN).  He interviews representatives of the International Republican Institute and the National Democratic Institute, who helped to launch the Network.  And we hear directly from the Network's first Vice President, Juela Hamati.
