SUBJECT: Prohibition on Direct Assistance to the Palestinian Authority

Reference Notice No. 2007-WBG-21, Dated July 9, 2007 and subject Special Provision contained in your contract, grant or agreement.

Authorization is hereby provided to resume expending USAlD funds for assistance to the Palestinian Authority to the extent described in your Scope of Work or Program Description and in accordance with the qualifications stated in Notice No. 2007-WBG-21.
