The Self-Reliance Learning Agenda's list of questions and illustrative sub-questions was compiled during consultations with stakeholders in Missions and Washington Bureaus and Offices. The Self-Reliance Learning Agenda Coordination Group, consisting of Agency staff working on learning agendas that will contribute evidence toward the self-reliance learning questions, also suggested additional sub-questions.
