Operationalizing Self-Reliance through the Program Cycle: Insights from the Program Cycle Learning Study highlights key takeaways related to operationalizing Journey to Self-Reliance (J2SR) components through Program Cycle implementation. This briefer draws on the findings of the Program Cycle Learning Study (PCLS), an in-depth exploration of the Program Cycle’s implementation in four USAID Missions. Implications and questions outlined in the briefer are by no means exhaustive, but rather aim to generate discussion and inform future decision-making related to Program Cycle policy and practice, and the Agency's efforts to foster self-reliance.
