This template can be used in a CDCS to identify one or more opportunities for impact evaluation for each DO. Identifying an opportunity for impact evaluation does not necessarily mean that one will be undertaken. Write a brief description of the impact evaluation opportunity based on USAID’s definition of this term, i.e., identify the change in a development outcome that is hypothesized to be attributable to a defined intervention or project component that the Impact Evaluation would examine, and explain briefly why it might be important/valuable for USAID to examine this causal relationship.
