CCP implements the USAID policy of centralized contraceptive and condom procurement by providing a simplified mechanism for the transfer, obligation and disbursement of all USAID funds designed for contraceptive and condom procurement.  This mechanism is used to forecast and order contraceptive commodities used in the 13 USAID-funded provinces as well as in the USAID-supported social marketing program.
