USAID is responding to the COVID-19 global public health emergency. We're working very hard to make sure that we are able to provide PPE's but also boost the capacity of labs in various parts of the world so that we're better prepared We are providing personal protective equipment (PPE) to affected countries We have committed $37 million in emergency funds for 25 countries affected by COVID-19 Because an infectious-disease threat anywhere can be a threat everywhere We call on other donors to contribute to the effort to combat COVID-19
