156 craft makers from across Georgia and abroad participated in the festival, presented the diversity of crafts and promoted master craftsmen and their skills. Festival activities included: open-workshops; master-classes for a variety of crafts including ceramics, woodcarving, natural dies, carpet/rug weaving, felt making, jewelry, and musical instrument making by Georgian and invited craft makers from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Romania, Latvia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan; Crafts Fair; Educational programs; Exhibition from Museum collections; and Special Information Tour for Tour Operators to boost the potential of artisanal workshops as a destination.
