Program Description:
CHAMP improves and expands HIV/AIDS services for key populations (commercial sex workers and men who have sex with men) and other vulnerable populations such as long distance truck drivers.

Program Objectives:
• Increase the technical competence of partners in key populations program design and management using the Continuum of Prevention, Care and Treatment (CoPCT) approach.
• Strengthen the enabling environment for HIV/AIDS programming for key populations.
• Ensure quality assurance/improvement and monitoring and evaluation systems are incorporated in CoPCT.

Expected Results:
• Community-based Centers of Excellence that model interventions for key populations HIV services will be developed and strengthened.
• Mobile clinical services for key populations will be supported and expanded.
• The organizational capacity of key populations community- based organizations will be developed and strengthened.
• The local policy environment for key populations programming will be improved.
• Communities will be mobilized to expand CoPCT services.
• Quality assurance/improvement models will be established and institutionalized for sustainability.
• Monitoring and evaluation systems will be strengthened.
