Objective: To enhance regional efforts to combat stigma and discrimination and influence policy reform and:
● Support regional and national efforts to address stigma and discrimination through a human rights-based approach, which includes efforts to reform policy and legislation as it relates to HIV related stigma and discrimination.
● Support the development of more effective leaders and advocates from within the People Living with HIV/AIDS community and facilitate their engagement and representation in the efforts to combat stigma, discrimination and effective lobbying for policy and legislative reform.
