Access to electricity is central to Jamaica’s disaster response and the country's ability to rebound following a severe weather event. USAID /Jamaica is seeking innovative market-based and private sector led solutions to strengthen the ability of Jamaica’s energy sector to withstand or rebound quickly from weather-related shocks.
USAID invites concept notes that propose activities and private sector resource contributions equal to or exceeding the amount of funding being requested. Concept notes must be received by 4:00PM EST on March 24, 2020.
