The purpose of this Implementation Letter (the "IL") is to formalize a new Strategic Partnership (hereinafter, "SP") to Improve Tuberculosis (TB) Control between the Government of the Republic of Mozambique (GRM) to promote the health and well-being of Mozambican citizens, acting through the Ministry of Health (MISAU), and the Government of the United States of America (USG), acting through the Mission of the Agency for International Development to Mozambique (USAID/Mozambique ).
