OUR RESPONSE

~$123 Million in humanitarian assistance in FY 2019 for:

EMERGENCY FOOD ASSISTANCE:

rice, pulses, and oil for refugees through general food distributions; and HEBs for refugees affected by natural disasters

FOOD VOUCHERS

to allow refugees access to a wider range of nutrient-rich foods from local Bangladeshi markets

CASH TRANSFERS

to host communities to increase social & economic empowerment; to refugees for disaster risk reduction cash-for-work activities

NUTRITION SUPPORT

to prevent & treat acute malnutrition; support for life-saving nutrition services

COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES

for food sector coordination, service delivery, logistics, and capacity building activities in host communities and refugee camps
