Food for Peace - Programmatic Initial Environmental Examination for International Food Relief Partnership - Fiscal Years 2017-2019. 

This document is a 'blanket' Initial Environmental Examination, and is specifically applicable to all grant awards under the IFRP program, through Fiscal Year (FY) 2019.  The overall purpose of the document is to assess the overall environmental risk of activities under the IFRP program and to provide information regarding:  a) regulatory determinations of environmental impact; and b) conditions for mitigation of those impacts (if any) that may qualify for a negative determination, per 22 CFR 216.3(a)(2)(ii) with conditions as specified.
