The purpose of this template is for the implementing organization to document when it has finalized its activities at a project site. It is a memorandum certifying that the organization has met all conditions of the Environmental Mitigation and Monitoring Plans (EMMPs) for the activities. It includes a summary and photo evidence of how mitigation and monitoring requirements were met.
