U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Administrator Mark Green will travel to Des Moines, Iowa October 18-20, to participate in the 2017 Borlaug Dialogue and related World Food Prize events.
Administrator Green will meet with bilateral and multinational partners to discuss global hunger, including Feed the Future partnerships and the global response to famine and food insecurity. He will deliver a keynote address at the Borlaug Dialogue on October 19, which will be livestreamed.
Beth Dunford, Assistant to the Administrator for the Bureau for Food Security and Deputy Coordinator for Development for Feed the Future, will accompany Administrator Green.
