Overview

USAID Contracting Officer’s Representatives (COR) perform a variety of duties, including serving as the technical liaison between the Contracting Officer (CO) and the contractor. As the COR is in a unique position to monitor the contractor’s performance in achieving the contract’s purpose, he/she is delegated authorities which are otherwise vested in the CO.
