On March 30, 2019, USAID/Vietnam Mission Director Michael Greene and local provincial leaders launched four small-scale water supply systems in Ha Lam commune in Thanh Hoa province. These systems provide clean water to students and teachers of kindergarten, primary, and secondary schools in the commune and were built with support from USAID through our Vietnam Local Works for Environmental Health project implemented by the Institute for Population Health and Development (PHAD).
