ACTIVITIES

The project has established a Public Private Dialogue Hub to foster the culture of using dialogue to inform essential economic reforms. Seven organizations advocate for sector-specific reforms and provide mentorship.

•    Encouraging an environment for constructive dialogue with project partners by building knowledge, trust, motivation, and capacity of relevant entities

•    Implementing innovative public-private dialogue instruments and mechanisms to address development challenges

•    Ensuring integration and sustainability of public-private dialogue values and mechanisms

•    Implementing an outreach and advocacy campaign to institutionalize public-private dialogue and achieve high-priority business environment reforms

Outreach campaigns were held for each of these topics to help mobilize support for the initiatives
  • Trained members of thematic working groups to be able to competently engage in public-private dialogue
  • Collected input and formulated proposed reforms for the flat rate taxation system. Also, together with the Tax Authority they prepared the tax calculator which is being launched on their jpd.rs website.
