This is the DRAFT Pipeline and Resource Estimate Proposal (PREP) Guidance USAID/Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) Title II development programs, which will replace the current FFP Pipeline and Resource Estimate Proposal (PREP) Guidance for FY 2019 once it is finalized.

The changes include BHA naming updates as well as clarifications on PREP documents and processes including submission information following the decommissioning of the Food for Peace Management Information System (FFP MIS) and its replacement with the Partner Portal System.
